We directly cultivate over 260 hectares in the areas of Battipaglia, Eboli and Paestum.
Our buffaloes are fed exclusively with forage produced on our own land: fresh hay and silage, with no use of industrial feed.
Under the direct supervision of Dr. Lazzaro Jemma, veterinary surgeon and member of the Jemma family, every decision is guided by animal welfare, food safety and public health.
What our buffaloes eat is the foundation of the quality and character of our milk.
