Since 1998, the Jemma Farm has been working with CNR-ISAFOM to monitor the environmental impact of livestock farming.

Thanks to the EcoCioffi project, we measure CO₂, CH₄, N₂O and VOC flows in real time, collecting high-precision environmental data to enable responsible, transparent and regenerative farming.
