Jemma Farm is not just the starting point of our closed supply chain - It is a living, ethical and fully traceable ecosystem, where everything begins.

We directly cultivate over 260 hectares in the areas of Battipaglia, Eboli and Paestum.

Our buffaloes are fed exclusively with forage produced on our own land: fresh hay and silage, with no use of industrial feed.

Under the direct supervision of Dr. Lazzaro Jemma, veterinary surgeon and member of the Jemma family, every decision is guided by animal welfare, food safety and public health.

What our buffaloes eat is the foundation of the quality and character of our milk.

RESEARCH AND INNOVATION

From soil to food, a continuous cycle of quality

In collaboration with the University of Naples Federico ll, we have developed a forage-based diet designed to enhance the nutritional profile of our milk, delivering a richer flavour and a balanced Omega-6 and Omega-3 ratio with tangible health benefits.

A carefully designed and controlled feeding system ensures consistent, superior quality outcomes.

For over twenty-five years, Jemma has worked alongside CNR-ISAFOM to study Mediterranean agro-ecosystems. Our fields function as a true open- air laboratory, where agricultural tradition and scientific research converge to shape a more sustainable and land-conscious future.
